We are delighted to announce that we have received another award from BOMAG for ‘DEALER OF THE YEAR 2018’.
Every year, BOMAG sets about analysing its vast dealer network in the UK for 12 months, setting criteria to determine the top performing dealership based on customer satisfaction, aftermarket servicing, sales, staff knowledge, marketing and representation of the brand as a whole.
After a challenging year, including a lot of blood, sweat, and tears we managed to pull through and not only reach BOMAGs ambitious sales target but smash it by 130%. It proves that going the extra mile has absolutely paid off with customer satisfaction at an all-time high, so roll on 2019 (no pun intended) and thank you to all our great customers.
This year will be no different, all guns blazing, one month in and we’ve already expanded our sales team, upgraded our IT systems throughout the business and continued to improve on our processes beyond the ISO 9001 requirements, striving to provide the best hire & sales experience in the UK.
