01 The Plant and Tool Hire Process in Huddersfield
If you’re interested in our plant or tool hire in Huddersfield, simply select “Enquire Now”, give us a call or come down to our depot for a cuppa and a proper biscuit. You’ll be in touch with a member of our team who knows everything about our tool and plant hire, never a sales team. We will discuss your project, arrange your hire if you know exactly what you need or advise on different options that will be the best fit. Along with your plant or tool hire in Huddersfield, we can also arrange site cabin hire, for a full site solution.
Once you’re happy with the plan in place, we can start the account setup.
If you’re a new customer, you’ll need to fill out our new customer form. At this point, we will also need to see your ‘hired-in plant insurance’, or if you don’t have it, we can arrange it for you for an additional 20% charge. The new account setup usually takes 1-2 days, or we can complete it quicker if you need to start your Huddersfield plant hire as soon as possible.
For both existing customers and new customers, we will then assign an account manager, who will be available throughout the entire hire process with any questions or requirements you have. They will know everything about your hire plan, so whether you need a quick phone call or a site visit, they will be there.
On the arranged date, we will deliver and set up all of the machinery and tools, as well as calibrating any attachments that are required. Everything will be up and running before our team leaves.
Throughout your Huddersfield plant hire, if you’d like ‘live-hire’ reports, they can be provided, as well as useful invoicing information.
There is no need to let us know in advance when you think you will be finished with the machinery, we understand that projects can run over. Instead, simply give us a call when you’ve finished with the equipment, we can collect it, pause all charges and then invoice accordingly.
Once your Huddersfield plant hire is complete, we hope to work with you again in the future!
