Our Rollers & Compaction Hire FAQs
Learn more about Chippindale and our rollers & compaction hire FAQs below. Our expert team is here to help if you're looking to speak to someone about your requirements.
01 What is the compaction roller hire process?
If you are interested in one of the machines in our compaction roller hire fleet, the hiring process is very simple. Click the enquire button next to the machine you wish to hire and then one of the members of the Chippindale team will be in touch with you. Just let us know if you would prefer us to contact you over the phone, email or you’re more than welcome to drop down to see us at one of our depots. We will help you through the hiring process, including making sure that you have all the equipment you require alongside your compaction roller hire. Once you are happy with your application for a trench roller hire fleet, we will start the account set up process:
If you’re a new customer you’ll need to complete an account set up form. We will also need to see your ‘hired-in plant insurance’, don’t worry if you don’t have this, we can provide HireSecure cover for an additional 20% charge.
We can then carry out the final discussions about your hire, then appoint an account manager. They will know every detail of your hire plan and will be on hand throughout to answer any questions or help you with any requirements.
We will then deliver the machine to your construction site on the arranged date by a trained engineer. We ensure that each machine of our BOMAG road rollers is serviced before we deliver them, ensuring your safety and a fully reliable machine for your project. If you have any questions, your dedicated account manager will be available to speak or come to the site to help with your machinery.
During the hire, we can provide ‘live-hire’ reports and any other information, which larger construction projects tend to find useful.
Once you have finished with our compaction roller hire machines, contact us and we will come and pick them up from your site and make sure you were happy with the services and quality of the machines that you used.
Once the machine has returned to our fleet, we fully service the BOMAG road rollers to get them ready for the next person who wishes to use them.
