01 Why choose Chippindale for platform lift hire?
Chippindale has been providing outstanding service for over 70 years and has provided multiple clients with high-quality platform lift hire. We offer some of the best prices on the market and you can be sure that the goods and services you receive will be of the highest of standard and tailored to your specific requirements.
We take great pride in providing all of our clients with the best experience possible, as we always put their needs first in our processes. This is part of our dedication to building a company that has solid family values and a passion for generating long-lasting relationships with our customers.
02 What does the platform lift hire process entail?
Once you send an enquiry to us, a member of our team will be in touch with you as soon as possible. We will then arrange a hire for you and provide you guidance along the way if you are unsure about anything to do with the platform lift hire process. New customers will have to set up a new account, along with providing evidence of your ‘hired-in plant insurance’. We can provide cover for you for an additional 20% charge, but this usually takes an extra 1-2 days.
After your account is complete, we will discuss the details of the hire, provide you with an account manager and deliver your manual platform lift. A trained engineer will set up the equipment and ensure that it’s functioning properly before leaving, so you don’t have to worry about having to test it out yourself.
When you’re finished with the manual platform lift, contact us and we will come to collect everything as soon as we have engineers available.
03 What types of manual platform lifts are available for hire?
We currently have two types of platform lifts for hire; EcoLift and Pecolift. Both of these can be used safely indoors and can fit through standard doorways and lifts, so you can transport them easily. Each of these have maximum lift levels with the EcoLift rising to a maximum height of 4.2 metres and the Pecolift to 3.5 metres. Both of these lifts are industry leading, ensuring an efficient, reliable and safe service every time.
04 How far does Chippindale deliver manual platform lifts?
Whether it’s our anti-vandal storage units or the rest of our products, our hire machinery and units are available to be delivered across the North of England. We will make sure that your unit is delivered to you securely and on time, whether you live across the street from one of our depots or much further away.
