Learn More About Our Newcastle Depot

You can speak to our expert team online, over the phone or visit our Newcastle Depot for more information.

01 The Plant Hire Process in Newcastle

If you’re interested in our Newcastle plant hire, all you need to do is select “Enquire Now” next to any piece of machinery, give us a call or come down to the depot between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, for a cuppa and proper biscuit. You’ll speak to one of our experts about our plant hire, and we can either arrange your hire straight away if you know what you’re looking for or we can advise on different options that will be the best fit. We can also discuss our tool hire, attachment hire and site cabin hire if you require a full site solution.

From here, we will start the new account setup:

For new plant hire customers in Newcastle, you’ll fill out our new account form, along with providing us with your ‘hired-in’ plant insurance. If you don’t have any, or it’s expired, we can arrange it on your behalf for an additional 20% charge. This process usually takes 1-2 days, but if you’re working to a deadline, we will do everything we can to sort as soon as possible.

We will then assign an account manager who will be on hand throughout the entire hire process for anything you need. Whether it’s a quick phone call or site visit, they will be able to help with any requirement.

On the arranged date in your hire plan, we will deliver the machinery to site and calibrate any attachments if required. We always make sure everything is running before we leave the site.

Throughout your plant hire in Newcastle, if you would like live-hire reports or invoicing information, this can be provided. We tend to find this is very useful for larger projects.

Finally, once you’ve finished with the machinery, give us a call, we will pause all charges and collect the equipment ASAP. There’s no need to let us know in advance when you’ll be finished, as we understand that projects often run over.

Finally, once your Newcastle plant hire is complete, we hope to work with you again!
