Product Description

The KM 131 R is a STIHL KombiEngine that is designed for professional use. It is ideal for large garden and property maintenance due to its great performance and features specialising it for prolonged use.

This KombiEngine features an updated STIHL 4-MIX engine, which runs on a fuel-oil mix similar to a 2-stroke engine but with the benefits of a 4-stroke. This adds up to impressive acceleration, more power, increased torque, better fuel efficiency, lower noise, and reduced emissions. Naturally, this greatly enhances the machine’s productivity, cost effectiveness, and reduces its impact on the environment.

It is also exceedingly easy to use with its multi-function handle, which allows all engine controls to be operated with just one hand. The quick-release coupling furthers this by allowing attachments to be simply exchanged without the need for tools. Finally, this KombiEngine makes use of a decompression system as well as a manual fuel pump to make starting easier and more reliable.

Manual fuel pump

The manual fuel pump can be used to deliver fuel at the touch of a button. This means that you need less pulls of the starter cord even after long breaks.

Decompression system

The decompression valve allows some of the compression pressure in the cylinder to escape, so less force on the starter rope is needed.

Multi-function handle with stop button
