02 Are Stihl Brushcutters Comfortable To Use?
All of the Stihl brushcutters, including the petrol, cordless and electric options, are designed with the operator’s comfort in mind. Each of them features a slightly different handle to fit the function of that piece of equipment, all of which are carefully designed to ensure fantastic manoeuvrability and comfort when used for either short or long periods. The larger tools, typically the petrol brushcutters, feature a harness to provide support over long work periods. They are all designed to be as lightweight as possible without ever compromising on quality or power.
03 Petrol Brushcutter vs Electric Brushcutter
When deciding whether to choose a petrol or electric brushcutter, the main consideration is the amount of power that is required. Whilst Stihl’s electric and cordless brushcutters are very powerful, the petrol versions do have more power and are designed to cut much denser vegetation. For smaller gardens and landscaping projects, a cordless electric cutter will certainly be powerful enough, however for larger projects, the petrol version will be the better option.

05 What Happens If Your Recently Purchased Brushcutter Breaks?
If a recently bought product from Chippendale breaks, you will need to get in touch with the Chippendale team. How this is dealt with all depends on the time period you have owned it so if it is within the first 14 days, you will be able to return the product. You’ll need to email returns@chippindaleplant.com and we’ll complete a review of your purchase.
Once your return request has been approved, you’ll have to post the product back to your local depot. No matter what type of product you choose, all versions will be accepted within that period.
It is important to know that if your item is not faulty, it must be returned in the condition it was received in. You must also return the item in its original packaging.
